A colourful and nostalgic scene set in Morton, Yorkshire in the early 1930s. It's a busy time of day on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, as the bus to Bingley crosses over the little swing bridge, much to the interest of passers by. We love the old style pram (or should we say perambulator??), colourful tricycle and lady's bicycle, plus the children feeding the ducks and walking the dog. In the distance blossom trees are in full bloom and the other trees are just starting to burst bud. Much of this scene is based on old photographs, although we have added a little bit of "artistic license" to add the colour and detail we know puzzlers will enjoy.
