Children love to draw! Create some beautiful Mandala designs with this unique drawing activity. Mandalas are geometric circular designs, and you can create your own by using the machine along with the plastic stencils, pens, glitter and glue supplied. Pop a sheet of paper into the machine, add one of the stencils, and you are ready to draw around the shapes. Once you’ve drawn around one of the shapes, press the button and the stencil turns around exactly the right amount for you to get a lovely symmetrical design. You can press different buttons to allow you to move the stencil forwards or backwards, and can even use the smaller stencils within the larger ones to create more complex designs. Once you’ve finished drawing, then colour the designs in, add some touches of lovely glitter, and you have it - a finished mandala design! Note that the machine requires 4 x AA batteries (not supplied). The stencil designs show Hello Kitty images combined with the alphabet, hearts, flowers curls and swirls. Use the alphabet to spell out your own name or messages and then surround these with pretty pictures of Hello Kitty, along with flowers or swirls. You can use the finished designs in so many ways - perhaps cutting around them to decorate placemats, gift boxes, book covers and party favours.
